Free standard shipping across the United States: 5 to 8 business days, with a tracking number sent to you by email.

Express shipping: 3-5 business days, choose it at checkout.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product unopened and with its seal intact. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can't be returned this way, but they are covered by our 30-day guarantee.

If you've tried it and you're not happy, we'll refund your first order. Just write to us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or incomplete order

Send us a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.
